If a map is physically damaged when you receive it we will refund your money or send you a new map.
If a map has a manufacturing defect we will refund your money or send you a new map.
Prior to returning any products, please contact GM Johnson Customer Service at 604-299-7074
GM Johnson is unable to accept returns or process refunds in the following instances:
Previously mounted, staple holes, push-pin holes or any other alteration.
Maps arrive at GM Johnson damaged due to improper return packaging.
Maps that are returned to GM Johnson that are not pre-authorized.
You will need to return your item within 30 days of delivery.
You will need to include a copy of our invoice with reason for return.
We will refund your map item cost.
We do not refund our shipping & handling cost unless there has been a GM Johnson error.
Shipping back returns is customers cost unless there has been a GM Johnson error.
Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing.
